This fitting is used to join two tubes at right angles together. The horizontal tube should not be joined within this fitting.

This fitting enables a connection between upright an post and handrail for angles between 40° - 70°.

This fitting is designed to provide a joint between two tubes at right angles to each other. Often used for railing ends and corners.

This is designed to provide a neat corner for the upper rail of guardrail or tubular frames.

Adjustable 2 Socket Cross 30° to 60°

The adjustable short tee fitting will accommodate any rake angle from 30° to 60°. This fitting is commonly used for the top rail of handrail to accommodate the rake angle on slopes.

Adjustable 2 Socket Cross 30° to 45°

This fitting connects an intermediate handrail at the intersection with an upright post at any rake angle from 30° to 45°.

Wall Flange

This fitting is a socket to fit tube to a vertical face. It is not recommended for use as a base support for a vertical post.

Railing Base Flange

This is a base flange for securing the base of an upright handrail post on a horizontal surface. Ask for technical help on spacings and compliance to relevant British Standards.

Plastic End Cap

This is used to close off visible open tube ends. It will fit tubes with wall thickness 3 - 4mm.

Ground Socket

This fitting is designed to provide a socket for tubular uprights that is set into any given surface. The upright post is removable.

This item connects a new tube to an existing one at a right angle.

Add On Short Tee

This allows existing structures to be added to without the need for any dismantling. Tubes must not be joined with this fitting.

Add On 90° Crossover

This fittings allows existing structures to be added to without the need for any dismantling. This fitting is designed to give a 90° offset crossover joint. Tubes must not be joined with this fitting.

This fitting is used with the 140 clamp fitting to form a hinge.

Base Flange With Integrated Toe Bracket

The use of KITE DDA fittings will result in a continuous handrail that complies to Part 'M' Building Regulations 2004

Upright Connector

This fitting is used to connect the DDA04 intermediate bracket or the DDA02 handrail connector to the 48.3mm o/d upright post.
DDA02
Handrail Connector

Made from ductile iron this connector is for attaching the end of the 42.4mm o/d handrail tube at 90° to the 48.3mm o/d upright. This bracket is used in conjunction with DDA01 and DDA07.
DDA03
Wall Bracket

Made from ductile iron this bracket is for supporting the 42.4mm o/d handrail tube to a wall. The 42.4mm o/d tube is fixed to the DDA03 using either 2 x self-tapping screws or 2 x pop rivets.
DDA04
Intermediate Bracket

Made from ductile iron this bracket is for supporting the top or middle rail tube at an upright in conjunction with a DDA01. The 42.4mm o/d tube is fixed to the DDA04 using either 2 x self-tapping screws or 2 x pop rivets.
DDA05
End Return

Made from ductile iron this bracket is for terminating the 42.4mm o/d handrail tube back to a wall. This is used in conjunction with a DDA07.

90° Bend

Made from ductile iron this elbow is used to create a 90° change of direction whilst retaining a smooth continuous line.

Expanding Connector

This connector provides an inline handrail joint whilst retaining a smooth continuous line.

Plastic End Cap

This 48.3mm o/d end cap fits into the open end top of each upright. For permanent fix, a suitable adhesive should be used.
DDA09
Adjustable Bend

Made from ductile iron this adjustable elbow creates variable direction changes whilst retaining a smooth continuous line, used in conjunction with type DDA07.
