At KITE Projects, safety isn't just part of what we do. It is why we do what we do. Behind every person working on the railway, every passenger walking through a station, and every member of the public crossing the tracks, there is something incredibly important waiting for them at the end of the day.

Steel prices are set to rise again from the 1st July. Tariffs are doubling to 50%, carbon taxes continue to add pressure across the supply chain, and global uncertainty shows no sign of slowing down. Businesses across infrastructure, rail and industrial sectors are being forced to make difficult decisions in an increasingly unpredictable market.

People working in infrastructure keep everything moving. Roads, rail, utilities, housing, construction, engineering, maintenance, the work is demanding, fast-paced, and often high pressure. Long hours, tight deadlines, physical work, and constantly solving problems can take a real toll on mental health, even if people don’t always talk about it.
